About

Hello! I am Harry, and I live in beautiful Salt Lake City.

I have a  passion for creating impactful things.

My approach is to embrace my failures as opportunities to learn, and my never-ending curiosity drives me forward.

On this page, I aim to give you an inside look into who I really am - my mission, my life focus, foundational values, life priorities,  unique personality traits, areas of strength, areas for improvement, and things I'm interested in.

While I may stand out physically at 6'10", I hope to be remembered for my values-driven mindset and dedication to making a difference.

Big 5 Personality

Myers–Briggs Personality

ENTJ - "The Chief"

ENTJs are natural and decisive leaders. They are analytical, efficient and hardworking. They live in the world of ideas and have a great ability to debate. Their goal-oriented and self-confident nature enables them to take charge. They thrive on achievement.

Temperment - Intellectul

Intellectuals (NTs) are intelligent, independent and determined. They are high-achievers, driven not only to acquire but also to master large amounts of information. They are self-sufficient, logical and value reason. While Intellectuals have a desire to know everything, they also tend to question anything. Their keen interest in investigation and questioning make them great researchers and inventors.

Enneagrm types

Type 3 - "The Achiever"

Type Three exemplifies the desire to be our best self, to develop all of our potentials, and to value ourselves and others. Threes are the "stars" of the personality types—people of tremendous drive, ambition, and belief in themselves. Threes want to excel, to be the best at whatever they do, and they are willing to put in the effort it takes to do so.

Threes value efficiency and effectiveness, and they are often prized by businesses for these values. They are extremely goal-driven, and once they are given a task to perform, will do their best to make sure that it is done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They believe that they will only be loved if they become extraordinary in some field of endeavor.

Type 5 - The Investigator

Type Five exemplifies the human desire to understand, to look beneath the surface of things, and to arrive at deeper insights about reality. Fives prefer the life of the mind, both as a way of understanding the world and—given the unlimited power of imagination—as a way of escaping from aspects of reality.

These qualities result from an extraordinary ability to focus their attention. Fives will stay with a problem or a question that fascinates them until it is solved, or until they discover that it is unsolvable. Boredom is unimaginable to them because there are so many fascinating things to explore, understand, and imagine.

  • Enthusiasm and Passion.
  • Intelligence (thinking: ontological, teleological, I bring clarity).
  • Orderly/Organized.
  • Goal Oriented - focuses on the higher purpose.

  • Ambitious.

My Weaknesses

My weaknesses according to the personality tests:

  • May be too dependent on the admiration or attention of others.
  • Interested in so many things that they don't know what to focus on.
  • May spend too much time pursuing fun and excitement.
  • Too open to new experiences; can take counterproductive or unnecessary risks.
  • Struggles to tolerate having to finish a task imperfectly or quickly.
  • Insists that everything be in perfect order.
  • Sometimes not afraid of things they should be afraid of.
  • Daydreams too much.

  • Can exhibit compulsive behavior.

My interests

  • Spirituality - exploring the wondrous and sometimes paradoxical reality we happen to find ourselves in.
  • Metaphysics - ontologies, pure mathematics, complex adaptive systems, the  rules of The Universe.
  • Physics - specifically classical mechanics, I want to know how the world I live in works and how to use that knowledge - quantum physics is too much for me.
  • Chemistry - specifically a broad & shallow knowledge on how it works, and a basic understanding of how chemistry and chemicals affect our lives.
  • Biology - specifically evolutionary biology, ecosystem dynamics, the similarities all life shares, the human body, and how biological systems can offer insight into product design, human organization, human development, and societal development.
  • Earth Sciences - How earth works, hyrdrosphere, soil, biosphere, etc.
  • Psychology - how the human mind is constructed. My interests in this category are very broad. I'm pretty much interested in the whole subject, particularly evolutionary psychology.
  • Human Behavior - psychological behavior, social behavior, work.
  • Human Creation/Work/Management/Enterprise/Business/Success - What is work? How do we manage things? How can we manage things? What should we do to make it better? Everything I study about success is relative, optimization without a goal in mind is pointless.
  • Roles/Professions: what are the different roles and professions that make up a society? I feel these are important to know so you know what roles/professions you take on and what role/professions are available for you to rely on.
  • Human Creations -  Mathematics, science, technology, services, art, humanities and more.
  • Social Systems & Organizations - how human self-organization works, how directed human organization works, and how to make the best organizations.
  • Human Industries - agriculture, energy, entrepreneurship, finance, public administration, media, art/creative, information technology.
  • Human Markets - I am interested in all markets that I want to enter or have to work with.
  • Economics - how the dynamic system of the economy works. I view economics as how a portfolio rebalancing algorithm would look at assets, inputs effect outputs in a dynamic predictable, and unpredictable way. I am especially interested in what we can reasonably know about the economy and identifying the areas that are too complex to know. My goal is in organizing myself and organizations to hedge those risks surrounding uncertainty so we can focus on what we can control.
  • Human Society(ies) - How do they work as a whole (encapsulating all the items above)? How do they affect the individual? How could they be made better? What does the future look like?
  • Politics - Energy politics, agricultural politics, technology politics. My interest in politics mainly centers around the industries I am interested in or believe are strategically important for society.
  • I am interested in the lives of all the people close to me or whom I work with.
  • I am interested in myself, learning the depths of my unconscious and subconscious.

My ANTI-INTERESTS

  • Interpersonal drama, gossip - if it is not necessary for the accomplishment of a goal, keep it to yourself.
  • Speculation without a goal in mind.
  • Most of pop culture.
  • Success without foundations.
  • Pseudo-Morality.

How i Work

I have distilled how I work into a basic algorithm. In whatever I do, I will follow this algorithm.

Aquarius Moon

Moon in Aquarius people are extremely observant. They are life-time students of human nature, loving to analyze why people do what they do. This often stems from a detached - even shy- personality, especially in youth.
